We want you to love what you order from Vibes & Varieties. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
- Return requests made more than 14 days after delivery can't be accepted.
Items that can't be returned
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on bodysuits, shapewear, bras, underwear, swimwear or earrings, or on items marked as final sale – unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.
How to start a return
- Email us at info.vibesvarieties@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted.
- Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping service. Please keep your tracking number.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll help you exchange it, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us atinfo.vibesvarieties@gmail.com.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven't shipped. Email us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
